Overview
Ecommerce & Business Unit Marketing Manager is someone who blends ecommerce strategy, marketplace analytics, and creative marketing execution. In this highly impactful role, you will support multiple business units—including Consumer Lawn & Garden, Turf & Ornamental, and Agriculture—while owning both the strategic direction and tactical execution needed to drive channel performance and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce & Marketplace Management
- Lead ecommerce channel execution across major online retail and marketplace partners.
- Ensure accuracy and optimization of product catalogs, listings, imagery, descriptions, pricing, and retailer program requirements.
- Improve digital shelf performance through enhanced search visibility, merchandising best practices, promotions, and content optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to support forecasting, inventory planning, and demand alignment driven by ecommerce activity.
- Lead collaboration with global teams across analytics and creative services.
Marketing Execution
- Drive creation of marketing collateral, packaging, retail-ready assets, and coordinated marketing materials for key retail accounts.
- Manage website content, social media activity, trade show assets, and marketing collateral across three business units.
Analytics & Reporting
- Develop reporting dashboards that communicate ecommerce channel performance, trends, and insights to leadership.

Required
- Proven ability to analyze data, optimize product performance, and drive measurable channel growth.
- Strong experience with ecommerce channels, distributor programs, or retail marketplaces.
- Demonstrated skills in directing packaging, imagery, copywriting, advertising assets, and integrated marketing initiatives.
- Strong project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment balancing both strategy and execution.
Preferred
- Experience in the lawn & garden, fertilizer, or agriculture industries.
