Key Responsibilities:
• Assist drivers in onboarding new drivers, ensuring that all necessary documentation and training are completed.
• Support Service Provider ride fulfillment process to ensure that information is accurate and up to date. Including driver assignments, student accommodations, driver details, etc.
• Monitor required internal communication channels to facilitate Service Provider communication.
• Collaborate with the Provider Support Lead and other team members to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company standards.
• Provide regular updates to the Provider Support Lead on the status of assigned providers (ex. onboarding, ride updates and assignments, & specific needs)
• Support drivers and providers to upload documents to the driver’s profile, if needed, to ensure compliance with State & local guidelines.
• Assist in training/ retraining employees as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills Requirements:
• Bilingual required (English and Spanish)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both team members and Service Providers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite, particularly Excel or Sheets.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and an advocate for ADROIT culture.
