We are looking for a full-time Culinary Administrator to join our team! If you are excited to support our Executive Chef and his leadership team with a broad range of critical administrative tasks, this opportunity could be for you!

Duties and Responsibilities
- Supports Executive Chef and his leadership team with administrative tasks including maintaining calendar appointments, scheduling meetings, file distribution & photocopying, answering the phone, booking travel, managing records, drafting written correspondence, taking minutes of leadership team meetings
- Maintains up-to-date archive of recipes, pictures, menu drafts, etc.
- Creates, organizes, and updates F&B manuals including Policy & Procedure documents, Recipe Binders, Sous Chef Binder(s), service training documents, etc.
- Provides support to Culinary & Stewarding Departments with staff recruitment, including screening resumes, conducting initial phone call screenings, scheduling in-person interview appointments and corresponding with applicants
- Manages department billing, processing vendor invoices, tracking unpaid invoices and specialty order items
- Inputs weekly staff schedule
Qualifications
- Excellent administrative, telephone, organizational and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience in the hospitality industry, specifically the Club environment a plus
- Speak, read and write fluent English. Spanish speaking advantageous
- Posses PC skills with thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat. Readily able to learn multiple in-house software programs
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including proficiency in written and verbal skills, as well as listening and proof reading
- Able to be flexible with working hours (weekends and evenings will be required as needed)
