We’re on the hunt for a high-performing, people-first Sales Manager to lead our Houston and Austin Sales Teams. Our Sales Manager is someone who’s equal parts driven, strategic, and passionate. Our Sales Manager is an impactful leader who brings clarity, structure, and accountability to every facet of team performance, all while staying grounded in our core values. You’ll be responsible for driving and executing sales strategies across the Houston and Austin markets, using performance data to coach and develop your team while consistently exceeding KPIs. Your leadership will empower your team through consistent training, clear communication, and by removing roadblocks that stand in their way. Cross-functional collaboration with all departments will be key to creating a smooth and meaningful customer journey. Most importantly, you’ll lead with integrity, passion, and a people-first mindset to cultivate a high-performing, customer-centric team that is built on trust, growth, and shared success.

What You Offer:
- Knowledge of sales, marketing, and/or customer service principles and practices. Knowledge of construction principles and practices preferred.
- Comfortable navigating CRM systems, digital tools, and data-driven platforms to enhance team performance and decision-making.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred and 2+ years of sales and/or sales management experience OR a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and use data to improve processes, coach individuals, and align strategy.
- Ability to travel to external markets 30% to 50% of the time
- A valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and the ability to drive for the company.
