This position is with a reputable commercial and industrial land development firm known for its consistent pipeline of local projects. The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of site civil design experience, strong Civil 3D skills, and familiarity with local permitting.

This is a full-time, on-site, direct hire opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare site plans for paving, drainage, utilities, and grading.

• Manage and coordinate permitting with local agencies.

• Work closely with internal teams (survey, project management, construction).

• Communicate with external consultants and contractors to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• 8–12 years of relevant civil/site design experience.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (required).

• Experience with local regulations and permitting processes.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
