About the Role

As a Bilingual Assistant Teacher, you will support lead teachers and work closely with children as young as 18 months old, communicating with them in the language they are learning—Spanish or Mandarin. This is a physically active, hands-on, and highly interactive role that requires patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Assist lead teachers with daily classroom activities and routines
• Engage children through play-based learning, care, and structured activities
• Communicate with children in Spanish or Mandarin to support language immersion
• Help create and maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs

Compensation & Benefits

• $13.00 to $14.00 per hour
• Full-time fixed schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
