About the Role
As an Allied Health Sales Representative, youβll be responsible for driving sales and managing accounts for clinical staffing opportunities (e.g., medical assistants, phlebotomists, lab techs, imaging professionals, etc.). Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development through prospecting and networking with healthcare facilities
- Manage client relationships and deliver custom staffing solutions
- Lead the bid and proposal process for Allied Health staffing opportunities
- Partner closely with internal recruitment and compliance teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain CRM records and meet sales performance targets

QualificationsRequirements
- Minimum 2 years of staffing sales experience within the past 5 years (required)
- Demonstrated success in healthcare staffing sales, particularly in Allied Health roles
- Familiarity with the bid and contracting process
- Reliable transportation for client visits and meetings
