About the Role

Vida Aesthetics & Wellness is seeking a skilled and professional Registered Nurse (RN) Injector to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a provider who is passionate about aesthetics, client care, and delivering safe, high-quality injectable treatments. 

You will play a key role in helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals while contributing to overall clinic growth through exceptional service, education, and client retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic injections, including neurotoxins (e.g., Botox) and dermal fillers, with precision
• Support other services such as laser and wellness treatments, as needed (training can be provided)
• Conduct consultations, assess client needs, and develop personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on procedures, expectations, and pre/post-care instructions
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation in EMR systems
• Ensure proper before-and-after photo documentation for all applicable treatments
• Monitor and manage any complications, prioritizing patient safety at all times
• Support client retention through follow-ups, rebooking, and relationship building
• Contribute to clinic revenue through treatment recommendations and product sales
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant treatment environment
• Stay current with aesthetic trends, techniques, and products
• Foster a warm, professional environment, ensuring a high-level client experience
• Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media content creation
• Follow all safety, compliance, and clinical protocols within scope of practice

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
• Minimum of 1 year experience performing aesthetic injections (neurotoxins and dermal fillers)
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and complication management
• Experience in consultations, treatment planning, and client education
• Familiarity with EMR systems and proper charting practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and commitment to high standards of care
• Proficient in social media content creation and engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in advanced injection techniques
• Experience working in a medical spa or aesthetic clinic
• Established client base or proven track record in client retention and sales
