DescriptionThis position is responsible for but not limited to task such as pulling inventory, issuing parts to work orders, assisting with cycle counting, receiving, and shipping materials. This position requires the ability to identify, store, distribute equipment, components, and supplies in efficient manner. This position will be expected to work with minimum assistance and supervision. Individuals are expected to learn the general workflow of the department.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle and move materials to appropriate areas.
- Process documentation and utilize EBS for receiving tasks.
- Operate and maintain familiarity with the Kardex System.
- Serve as backup for warehouse roles including Painter, Material Handler, and Shipping/Receiving.
- Maintain strong knowledge of equipment locations and departmental workflows.
- Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts.
- Support junior employees in completing tasks and meeting departmental goals.
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment; report hazards to HSE.
- Participate in safety and quality culture initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with NOV's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 2-5 yrs experience preferred.
- Painting experience required.
- Good working knowledge of the Oil and Gas in a relevant field preferred.
- Working knowledge within an industrial environment.
- Must possess basic computer skills.
- Forklift experience β certification is plus.

- May work in areas with exposure to fumes, dust, heat, and chemicals; participation in medical surveillance programs may be required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push/pull, and perform repetitive movements for up to 12 hours per day.
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs..
