  • Job Summary

The Warehouse Manager will lead daily warehouse operations at our fulfillment center, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate material handling, inventory management, and logistics coordination. This role is critical to ensuring the company’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction across our distribution channels.

  • Requirements & Qualifications to Get Job
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles within distribution, logistics, or industrial supply environments.
    • Strong organizational/communication skills, w/ the ability to multitask/prioritize in a dynamic environment.
    • Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
    • Lead and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
    • Proficient on stand-up/sit-down forklift (2 years of experience)
    • 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
    • Manage warehouse layout and slotting strategies to optimize space and throughput
    • Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
    • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions swiftly.
    • Support seasonal scaling and high-volume periods with proactive planning.
    • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. & work in varying environmental conditions (heat, dust, noise, vibration, humidity).
  • Preferences to Get Job
    • 5+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in a 3PL or eCommerce setting.
    • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
    • Proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems); experience with systems like ShipHero, NetSuite, or similar is a plus
    • Certifications:
      • APICS/ASCM
      • Lean Sigma Six (Pref Green Belt or higher)
      • ISO 9001 Certification (or experience with)

  • What you do on Job
    • Operations Oversight: Manage all inbound and outbound shipments, including product receiving, inventory put-away, order picking, and shipping.
    • Inventory Control: Oversee inventory accuracy thru cycle counts, audits, & organizational best practices.
    • Leadership & Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage warehouse personnel. Foster a team culture focused on safety, accountability, and performance.
    • Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and ISO 9001 safety standards. Maintain records, conduct safety training, and enforce proper use of PPE and equipment.
    • Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process changes that improve throughput, accuracy, and overall productivity.
    • Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, on-time shipping, and labor efficiency. Report performance to branch and regional leadership.
    • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
    • Assist other processes as directed by the supervisor.
