THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a dedicated IT Asset Disposal (ITAD) Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and support the secure, compliant handling of electronic equipment. This is a full-time salary (exempt) position, with a pay range of $60k-70k a year depending on experience.

This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate receiving, processing, tracking, and shipping of IT assets, with strict adherence to data security and environmental standards. In addition, the role contributes to business development by fostering strong client relationships.

As a leader of the warehouse processing team, the Warehouse Manager cultivates a culture of safety, efficiency, and accountability. This position also collaborates closely with our Arizona-based Logistics Manager to provide on-site oversight of warehouse-based drivers, manage fleet maintenance, and uphold safety protocols.

This is a hands-on role within a small, dynamic team, with opportunities to support our operations across Arizona, California, Tennessee, and Texas—expanding our reach and community impact.

Driving responsibilities may be required. Depending on business needs, the role may involve local or occasional regional pickups of decommissioned IT equipment using a 26’ box truck, either in support of a logistics team member or independently. Overnight travel may be required if supporting a regional pickup.

While most workdays will follow a typical schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, flexibility is essential. You should expect the majority of days to run on regular hours, whether you're at the warehouse processing or out on a client pick-up. However, there will be times—especially during client pick-ups—when the day may run longer, and we need someone who can stay and see the job through when necessary.

We’re looking for a true team player—someone who’s adaptable, dependable, and ready to step in wherever needed to get the job done.

If this sounds like a match for you, please read on!
