Our interior plant services team creates vibrant, welcoming spaces with expertly cared for tropical and indoor plants, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for quality and greenery.

Location of Position:

Houston, TX

The Position:

We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Warehouse Crew Member to help maintain our interior holiday decoration operations. In this hands-on role, you will assist with the fabrication, installation, maintenance, and takedown of holiday displays at commercial client sites.

Position Responsibilities:

• Maintain the organization and upkeep of the warehouse and work areas.
• Fabricate and refurbish exterior holiday decorations, including ornaments and bows.
• Paint holiday décor pieces and complete finishing work.
• Work extensively with glitter and other decorative materials during production.
• Inspect and test lighting and ornaments to ensure proper working condition.
• Verify and check off inventory lists to maintain accuracy.
• Build and assemble shelving and storage structures within the warehouse.
• Refurbish and restore existing holiday materials for reuse.
• Install interior holiday decorations at commercial client sites during holiday season, including trees, decorations, bows, lighting, and ornaments.
• Perform routine site visits to inspect decorations and ensure everything remains in place and in good condition.
• Remove all interior decorations from sites at the end of the holiday season.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace while handling decorations and tools.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Texas driver's license preferred.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Previous experience working with power tools, metalwork, woodworking, electrical, or a similar hands-on trade or field work preferred.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to life objects weighing 20-50 lbs. from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to-position.
