Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain and strengthen positive relationships with sub-distributors.
2. Set up and manage promotional pop-up booths at wholesale warehouses to engage clients and monitor product turnover and sales performance.
3. Manage and guide a team of field sales representatives. Review and approve their route plans, regularly evaluate their field performance, and adjust sales strategies as needed to maximize results.
4. Maintain and update a CRM database of store contacts. Plan, organize, and host regular client networking events/parties, inviting store owners and managers to build brand loyalty.
5. Compile daily work reports and consolidate market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor data collected by the field team.
6. Coordinate and assist the company with other offline marketing campaigns and promotional events as required.

Requirements:

· Must be 21 years of age or older.
· Must have a valid US driver's license
· Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is highly preferred.
· Prior sales experience in the vape industry or existing network/resources with vape wholesalers is highly preferred.
· Own vehicle preferred.
· Outgoing personality with a proactive, self-starter work attitude.
· Strong abilities in team management, time management, and interpersonal communication.

Compensation Structure

Base Pay: $25 per hour
Commission: Uncapped percentage-based commission depending on the total order value. (To be discussed during interview)
Expected hours: 40h per week
