Overview
Quorum Software is seeking an IT System Administrator to join the team and assist in global IT operations. This role will be integral in managing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's IT infrastructure, with a specific focus on domain services and Microsoft technologies such as Office365, Azure, Intune, and Autopilot and MacOS. The selected candidate will leverage their in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience to improve processes, increase stability, and ensure endpoint compliance. Responsibilities
- Administer Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other collaboration tools
- Collaborate with teams to implement Office 365 best practices and ensure optimal usage and security
- Manage and administer Azure AD, ensuring secure user authentication and authorization
- Administer Intune to enable efficient and secure device management and application distribution
- Configure and maintain Intune policies for mobile device management and app management
- Administer Intune to enable efficient software deployment, patch management, and endpoint configuration
- Collaborate with teams to implement Intune-based security and compliance measures
- Troubleshoot Intune-related device and application issues
- Administer and maintain Apple devices, develop, configure, and deploy policies, profiles, scripts, and packages for device management
- Automate device enrollment using Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE).
- Develop and maintain scripts (Bash, Python, PowerShell) for automation and custom workflows
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency
- Lead adoption of AI-enabled tools and workflows to accelerate endpoint administration, strengthen troubleshooting, improve reporting, and drive intelligent automation across device management operations
- Champion enterprise-ready AI operations by enforcing strong governance, protecting sensitive data, validating AI-generated output, and embedding security and compliance controls into AI-assisted processes
- Implement and manage Autopilot for streamlined device provisioning and configuration
- Create and customize Autopilot profiles and deployment scenarios
- Troubleshoot Autopilot deployment issues and ensure successful device onboarding
- Collaborate with teams to automate device provisioning using Autopilot and other related technologies
- Provide tier 3 support for Windows & Apple devices, assisting IT support teams with escalations
- Troubleshoot enrollment, configuration, and connectivity issues
- Document best practices and solutions for common issues
- Monitor device compliance and generate reports on inventory, security, and patch status
- And other duties as assigned
Requirements

Experience configuring, deploying, and managing Apple devices (macOS, iOS)
- Strong knowledge of Intune MDM for Windows device enrollment, compliance policies, and application deployment.
- Expertise in Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning
- Experience managing Apple devices via ABM, DEP (Device Enrollment Program), and VPP (Volume Purchase Program)
- Experience deploying and updating software using Jamf & Intune Application Management
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python for automation tasks
- Strong working knowledge of AI-assisted IT operations, with the ability to apply AI tools to scripting, troubleshooting, monitoring, documentation, analytics, and continuous service improvement in enterprise environments
- Demonstrated understanding of responsible AI implementation in enterprise environments, including data protection, access governance, output validation, risk awareness, and adherence to organizational security and compliance standards
- Ability to create custom scripts for software deployment, user onboarding, and compliance enforcement
- Experience with API integrations between MDM platforms and ITSM system
- Experience integrating Jamf and Intune with Azure AD, Active Directory, Okta, and Microsoft 365
- Zero Touch Deployment Experience: In-depth knowledge of Apple DEP and Windows Autopilot
- Familiarity with Group Policies (GPO), and Hybrid AD Join
- Able to multi-task and manage changing priorities to meet all demands
- Must be able to do some after business hours and weekend work
- Experience managing macOS & Windows in a hybrid environment
- Ability to lead MDM deployment projects, migrations, and policy rollouts
- Ability to create documentation, knowledge base articles, and training sessions for employees
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools to transform endpoint administration, optimize Intune and
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex troubleshooting issues
- Self-motivated, goal oriented and meticulous individual, who can adhere to departmental process
and procedures and able to work with minimal supervision
Preferred Skills
Jamf workflows, accelerate device provisioning and patching, enhance troubleshooting and
documentation, and unlock operational insights while maintaining strong governance and data
security
