Description

The Strategic Accounts Business Analyst/Program Administrator provides critical analytical, operational, and coordination support to the Strategic Accounts Program. This role is central to strengthening ABS Consulting’s market position through data-driven insights, rigorous program management, and effective cross-functional collaboration. The Business Analyst supports senior leadership by enabling informed decision-making, maintaining program discipline, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of strategic client engagement efforts.

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct research and analyze market trends, client activity, and industry developments to support identification and qualification of strategic account targets.
  • Analyze internal sales, delivery, and pipeline data to support performance tracking across strategic programs.
  • Support development of account plans, revenue forecasts, and service penetration strategies for Strategic Account leaders.
  • Compile and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and action tracking across Strategic Account VPs, Directors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain program tracking tools, dashboards, and repositories within Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
  • Support proposal preparation, internal communication efforts, and stakeholder engagement activities for the Strategic Accounts team.

What You Will Need:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience supporting sales operations, strategic programs, or business analytics.
  • Experience working with technical or consulting organizations preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop insights.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with competing deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to support cross-functional teams.

Reporting Relationships:

Will reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Strategic Accounts or designated senior program leader.
