About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Store Manager to manage inventory operations and support sales activities in our dynamic HORECA supply division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in store operations and sales, with the ability to communicate fluently in Spanish. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in the hospitality supply chain or B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory handling, stock checks, and order dispatches.
  • Assist the sales team by ensuring timely order processing and delivery coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for product availability and delivery timelines.
  • Engage with HORECA clients for order updates, returns, and feedback.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly store and sales reports.
  • Ensure proper labeling, categorization, and hygiene of stored items.
  • Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in store/inventory management, preferably in the HORECA or retail industry.
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales and client handling.
  • Proficient in Spanish (Read, Write, Speak) – essential for daily communication with clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with inventory software and basic MS Office tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Female candidates strongly preferred.
  • 3–6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
