You�ll help manage the day-to-day accounting operations, support financial reporting, and ensure every decimal is in its place�all while being part of a team that�s as energized as the sun.

What You'll Do:

1. Prepare and review accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

2. Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, including journal entries and account reconciliations

3. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

4. Analyze financial data to help drive smart, strategic decisions

5. Support budgeting and forecasting efforts alongside the finance team

6. Help prepare for audits and provide documentation to external auditors

7. Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies

8. Support tax prep activities and work with our tax pros

9. Spot opportunities to improve our processes and accounting workflows

10. Collaborate across departments like sales, procurement, and operations to keep our finances aligned with growth

Who You Are:

• Bachelor�s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 1-3 years of accounting experience (bonus points if it�s in a high-growth environment!)

• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting

• Comfortable with accounting software and Excel (NetSuite experience = a plus)

• Detail-obsessed and deadline-driven

• A team player who communicates clearly and thinks proactively
