Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and maintain applications using Mendix
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
· Develop and enhance applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience
· Build and maintain API integrations with internal and third-party systems
· Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system and application issues
· Participate in testing, deployment, and release management processes
· Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with organizational standards
· Document application architecture, workflows, and development processes
· Support ongoing system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Required:
· Hands-on experience with Mendix development
· Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
· Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL, or similar programming languages
· Experience with API development and integrations (REST/SOAP)
· Experience with database design and management
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred:
· Experience in healthcare systems (EMR, billing, or practice management)
· Familiarity with cloud environments and deployment practices
· Understanding of data security and compliance standards (HIPAA preferred)
