Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Small Business Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance, excellent client service skills, and the ability to manage a book of business effectively.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of small business accounts.
• Handle daily client service tasks, including renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
• Perform online rating and understand direct billing processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applied EPIC system.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance preferred.
• Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
