Small Business Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Small Business Commercial Lines Account ManagerΒ to join a growing team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of small business accounts.
- Handle daily client service tasks, including renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
- Perform online rating and understand direct billing processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applied EPIC system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance preferred.
- Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
