Senior Tax Accountant

The Senior Tax Accountant is responsible for preparing U.S. direct and indirect tax filings and the annual income tax provision. This role supports tax planning initiatives and corporate projects across federal, state, and international tax areas. It provides broad exposure to all functional tax areas within a multinational environment. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare U.S. federal and state income tax returns, extensions, and estimated payments
• Complete the annual income tax provision in compliance with ASC 740
• Lead U.S. sales and use tax reporting, including filing preparation and payment remittance
• Reconcile ERP and tax software data; maintain exemption certificates
• Oversee U.S. property tax filings prepared by external providers
• Maintain detailed tax workpapers and documentation
• Support transfer pricing, tax audits, and tax planning initiatives
• Assist with process improvements and compliance reporting
• Analyze U.S. tax law changes and assess their impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support tax-related matters

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s or CPA preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of tax experience in public accounting or a multinational corporation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient with tax compliance and provision software and reporting tools
• Strong attention to detail, effective communicator, and able to work independently
