Based in Houston, TX, you will be a trusted finance partner supporting MSS (Measurement Systems & Solutions) North America and will help shape forecasts, guide planning decisions, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Working closely with finance and business leaders in a project‑based services environment, you will play a critical role in supporting strategic priorities while continuously improving how financial information is used to drive performance.

 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Lead preparation, consolidation, and analysis of the POR for MSS North America.
  • Develop and maintain financial models supporting revenue, margins, project performance, and operating expenses.
  • Support monthly and quarterly re-forecast cycles, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with corporate guidance.
  • Analyze financial results and provide insights on trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
  • Monitor key business drivers including utilization, project margin, revenue mix, and backlog.
  • Prepare reporting packages and dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Support revenue and margin forecasting for services and cloud-related workstreams.
  • Track operational KPIs including productivity, cost-to-serve, and headcount planning.
  • Partner with operations, and project management teams to support financial needs.
  • Support deal reviews, pricing analysis, and the financial evaluation of new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with enterprise finance, accounting, and global partners to align actuals, forecasts, and performance reporting.
  • Enhance POR processes, financial review cadences, and calendar management.
  • Improve forecasting methodologies, reporting accuracy, and standardization.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting and analysis using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and other digital finance solutions.
  • Perform scenario modeling, sensitivity analyses, and business case evaluations.
  • Provide financial support for strategic initiatives and transformation programs and other projects as needed.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 4–7 years of progressive financial analysis, FP&A, or business finance experience
  • Strong financial modeling skills, including Excel-based analytics
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, or corporate planning cycles
  • Ability to synthesize large datasets into meaningful insights
  • Strong communication and partnership skills across functions
     
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience in technology, cloud services, or professional services organizations
  • Familiarity with project-based revenue models and services KPIs
  • Experience using Power BI, HFM & EPM Oracle & HFM
  • MBA, CFA, or advanced financial certification
