Senior Engineer Manufacturing

We're Hiring: Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Houston, TX 

This role sits at the intersection of production execution, planning (MPS), and continuous improvement; ideal for an engineer with a strong shop floor mindset and a drive to deliver under strict QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily production support, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and ensure alignment with MPS
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste, improve throughput, and stabilize quality
• Analyze processes, implement corrective actions, and manage improvement projects end-to-end
• Interface with engineering, supply chain, and QA/QC to ensure smooth product flow
• Champion safety, discipline, and performance on the shop floor

Qualifications:

• BSc or MSc in Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing; Oil & Gas downhole equipment preferred
• Proficient in FMEA, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong analytical, planning, and documentation skills
• Familiarity with production planning and execution in a high-mix, low-volume environment is a plus
