As a Senior Software Developer, you will set the technical direction for enterprise systems while engaging in hands -on development, testing, and debugging. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership to align software architecture with organizational goals, and you’ll mentor a team of developers, sharing best practices in design and implementation.

This is a 100% on -site role<\/b> based in Houston, TX<\/b>. All candidates must have Endur experience<\/b>—no equivalents will be accepted. Lead the design, development, testing, and debugging<\/b> of enterprise -grade software solutions Set the technical direction<\/b> and architecture for complex projects Work cross -functionally with senior stakeholders to define technology strategy<\/b> Mentor and support development teams and junior engineers Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in system design and delivery Collaborate on software deployments and system integrations across the enterprise 10+ years<\/b> of experience in software development, including enterprise -level project delivery Hands -on expertise in<\/b>: Endur<\/b> (no exceptions or equivalents) Java<\/b> Oracle database integration<\/b> Strong background in software architecture and large -scale system design Ability to lead and mentor teams in high -performance environments Associate degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s degree preferred) Experience in the oil & energy sector<\/b> Exposure to NoSQL databases<\/b> Familiarity with enterprise deployment tools and agile development environments<\/b>
