Requirements
Core Responsibilities:
- Financial Statement Stewardship: Lead various facets of the monthly financial close cycle, encompassing the preparation and posting of intricate journal entries and comprehensive balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Treasury Oversight: Monitor daily cash movements, execute detailed bank reconciliations, and meticulously manage corporate credit card activity to maintain optimal liquidity.
- Vendor Relations & Payables Management: Serve as the primary liaison for outsourced accounts payable functions, guaranteeing accurate invoice processing, proper expense coding, and timely disbursements.
- Intercompany Financials: Administer inter company cost allocations, record related-party billing transactions, and diligently track collections for all inter company receivables.
- Regulatory Adherence & Audit Support: Ensure strict adherence to U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), actively participate in annual financial audits, and support the accuracy of all internal management reporting.
- Systems Acumen & Optimization: Become a subject matter expert in the company's financial ERP systems, providing support for user inquiries and developing robust financial reports.
- Collaborative Financial Partnership: Foster strong working relationships with internal accounting, finance, and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless information flow and timely, accurate financial reporting.
- Operational Excellence: Proactively identify, recommend, and implement innovative solutions to refine accounting processes, boosting efficiency and overall operational effectiveness.

- Experience: 4-8 years of demonstrated success in financial accounting or analytical roles, with required experience within the Upstream E&P sector of the energy industry.
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution.
- Technical Acumen: Proven experience utilizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Direct experience with Bolo is exceptionally advantageous.
- Foundational Knowledge: Robust understanding of core accounting principles (GAAP) and relevant financial regulations.
- Key Attributes: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the versatility to excel both autonomously and as a collaborative team member.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and various accounting software applications.

- Annual Salary: A competitive range of $90,000 β $105,000 per year, with the final offer commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
