  • Partner with Product Support, Engineering, and Cat Digital to shape service concepts, solution bundles, and value propositions that improve customer outcomes and total lifecycle value.
  • Support aftermarket new product introduction (NPI) and service program business cases, ensuring alignment with industry priorities and commercial viability.

Go-To-Market Execution

  • Coordinate and support execution of go-to-market plans in collaboration with Oil & Gas sales execution teams, Cat Dealers, and enterprise partners.
  • Drive incremental services growth through development and deployment of Cat Reman repair options, components, and service solutions.
  • Ensure clear communication of strategies, priorities, and expectations to internal partners and the Cat Dealer network.
  • Support forecasting, demand planning, and critical parts alignment to enable successful market execution.

Governance and Performance Management

  • Establish and support governance routines to track progress, manage priorities, and resolve barriers across enterprise initiatives.
  • Monitor performance of services growth initiatives and provide insights to leadership on risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure alignment with Caterpillar commercial processes, aftermarket metrics, and operational definitions.
  • Translate data, insights, and market feedback into actionable recommendations that improve execution effectiveness and customer experience.

What You Will Have
