We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Security Administrator to join our team. The Security Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the organization’s security systems, ensuring the protection of company assets, personnel, and information. This role involves managing access control systems, monitoring security operations, investigating incidents, and ensuring compliance with established security policies and procedures. The ideal will have strong problem-solving skills, sound judgement, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for recording, managing, and configuring company keys and setting up user rights and keeping the relevant forms and programs up to date.
Accountable for the preparation, registration, and management of company access cards in the system, setting authorization levels, handing out alarm access codes, and managing them based on the instructions of the Security Manager.
Manage the electronic registration of employee lockers, releasing and returning locker keys, in cooperation with the HR Department.
Responsible for preparing required reports and registrations as directed by the security manager.
Accountable for handling, storing, and organizing photographs generated during the operation of the Security Department and for the preparation and systematization of forms necessary for operation.
Participates in the handling of events and in the investigation of actions listed in the register of disciplinary offenses.
Manage incoming and outgoing emails.
Safeguard against unauthorized access.
Provide Security solutions, monitor vulnerabilities, and respond to security breaches.
Experience/Education
High school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field.
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
