Hello, my name is Sheree Dunnam. I am an Independent Recruiting Agent for one of the largest nationwide Retailers of above ground pools. Pretty cool, right? What’s even cooler, is the mass number of people calling in response to our TV Commercials and online advertisements, ready to schedule an appointment with one of our highly motivated Sales Pros. Do you know what that means? “No More Telemarketing “EVER”. No more Door to Door soliciting. No more ugly cold calling. Our Inhouse Team of lead generators are behind the scenes working hard to ensure that you have 2-3 appointments scheduled each day with customers who are not only ready to buy, but pre-qualified for a loan to make their purchase.

***The hardest part of this job is going to be deciding how to spend your commission check***

Average commission is $600-700 per appointment ($,2500-3,500/wk) $25 pitch commission paid on commission check, plus cumulative bonus $150 per cash sale and $100 for each financed sale paid in a lump sum at end of season. Commissions paid twice per month (Semimonthly). We will never ask you for money. This is a full-time, "Commission Only" sales position. You must be willing to start this Wednesday or Sunday.
