High School Diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree, in Business, Manufacturing, or Welding related fields plus/preferred.
Or 5+ years prior industrial sales experience in related markets O&G, Aerospace, DoD, Power Gen
Highly motivated & results oriented with strong desire to succeed
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Ability to travel domestically with the potential for some international to conduct sales presentations
Valid Driver’s License

Key Responsibilities:
Frequent travel to customers, both existing and new accounts, related to the various industries (O&G, Aerospace, DoD, Power Gen)
Listen to customers and help identify solutions to customers’ concerns or challenges
Collaborate with other departments and team focused on meeting targets to achieve long term profitability
Potentially 30-40% travel requirements locally between customer visits, business unit locations, or industry events
Strong personal computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet software and Power Point
Maintain detailed records on assigned accounts and contact information within Salesforce including cases, tracking opportunities & leads
Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple customers/prospect accounts
Other duties as assigned
