SALES REPRESENTATIVE (HOUSTON, TX)

Windows and Doors Repair LLC is expanding rapidly across Texas, and we are looking for motivated and driven Sales Representatives to help grow our commercial and property management client base throughout Houston and surrounding areas.

We are seeking sales professionals with experience in B2B services, property management, commercial maintenance, facility services, or related industries. The ideal candidate understands how to build relationships with property managers, commercial clients, and real estate professionals while helping expand a fast-growing service company.

🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile

• Native/fluent English speaker
• Based in Houston, Texas
• Age range: 25–80
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales or B2B service industries

Background in:
✔ Commercial maintenance
✔ Property management
✔ Facility services
✔ B2B sales
✔ Repair/service operations

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Existing network of property managers and commercial clients is highly preferred
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus

• Develop partnerships with property management companies and commercial clients
• Generate new business opportunities across Houston and Texas
• Promote our commercial window and door repair services
• Follow up with leads and maintain long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with technicians and office staff to ensure excellent customer service
• Help expand company presence across Texas
