Service Sales Representative / Territory Manager / Regional Sales Representative

Required to join a leading provider of industrial coating and blasting services across Texas.

The successful Service Sales Representative / Territory Manager / Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships, with a strong focus on protective coatings and painting services for clients in oil & gas, petrochemical, construction, power generation, and heavy manufacturing industries.

This opportunity is open not only to experienced industrial sales professionals but also to coating or painting technicians who are eager to move into sales. Full training and mentoring will be provided, making this an excellent pathway for a technician looking to step into a commercial role.

Service Sales Representative / Territory Manager / Regional Sales Representative Role

  • Manage and grow accounts while developing new industrial business opportunities.
  • Selling services with emphasis on:
    • Protective Coatings & Painting – epoxy, urethane, zinc, enamel, high-heat, and speciality protective systems.
    • Surface Preparation & Blasting – silica/non-silica sand, copper slag, glass bead, and other media.
  • Partner with plant managers, contractors, and engineering teams to scope and deliver coating solutions.
  • Work closely with senior sales leadership for training, shadowing, and support.
  • Regional focus with flexibility to pursue opportunities across North America.
  • Clear progression into a lead sales role within 6–24 months.
  • Ideal for a technician with coating/painting expertise who is motivated to move into sales.

Service Sales Representative / Territory Manager / Regional Sales Representative Requirements

  • 2–5 years’ experience in industrial sales – coatings/painting, protective finishes, industrial services, or related technical products.
  • OR a coating/painting technician with strong knowledge of protective systems and the ambition to transition into a sales career.
  • Strong interest in protective coatings – prior coatings/painting knowledge highly preferred, blasting experience a plus but not essential.
  • Familiarity with industrial sectors such as oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, construction, or heavy manufacturing.
  • Technical or mechanical aptitude; degree preferred but not essential.
