Service Sales Manager / Territory Manager / Regional Sales Manager
Required to join a leading provider of custom metal fabrication and engineering services across North America.
The successful Service Sales Manager / Territory Manager / Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships across North America. This role will focus on selling metal fabrication services including structural steel, custom skids, pipe racks, process modules, and other industrial fabrications used in oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, and heavy industry.
The ideal Service Sales Manager / Territory Manager / Regional Sales Manager will bring experience selling technical or service-based solutions, ideally within metal fabrication, structural steel, or engineered industrial services. Full product and service training will be provided.

Travel-heavy role, requiring up to 80%+ travel across North America.
Responsible for account management with key industrial customers while actively developing new business opportunities.
Selling fabrication services such as:
Structural steel projects (frames, pipe racks, modules)
Custom skids and modular builds
Pipe spools, handrails, ladders, and reels
Industrial welding and specialty fabrication projects
Liaising with plant managers, contractors, and engineering teams to scope fabrication projects and deliver tailored solutions.
Partnering with internal fabrication and engineering teams to ensure quality and on-time project delivery.
Building long-term relationships with clients across oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, power generation, and heavy manufacturing sectors.
Proven experience in sales roles such as Service Sales Manager, Territory Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Engineer, or Technical Sales Representative.
Strong background in selling metal fabrication services or fabricated equipment solutions.
Experience with structural steel, modular fabrication, or custom industrial builds is highly advantageous.
Knowledge of oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, or heavy industrial sectors preferred.
Degree preferred but not essential, technical/mechanical aptitude highly valued.
Flexibility to travel extensively across North America.
