Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as primary point-of-contact for client.
  • Lead day-to-day management and optimization of client campaigns.
  • Maintain contact with an established customer base.
  • Identify and establish new clients.
  • Communicate and strategize with the sales team on all related client issues for both internal and external sales.
  • Assist in strategy development.
  • Proactively find new ways to build the client's business and grow accounts.
  • Master and maintain vast knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends.
  • Monitor agency/client budgets and billing process for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Improve customer perception with emphasis on customer service.
  • Perform other work related tasks as assigned.
  • Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Selling Mission Products and Handling Tools
  • Maintaining customer accounts
  • Creating and executing sales strategies

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree OR 5 plus years of industry experience.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

  • Must understand the Drilling Industry and the equipment used to do so.
