🚗 Sales Staff – Auto Body Repair (Houston)

We are looking for a motivated and professional sales representative to join our auto body repair shop. This role focuses on handling customers, closing deals, and driving revenue.

📌 Responsibilities:
✔️ Handle incoming calls, text messages, and walk-in customers
✔️ Guide customers through estimates and the repair process
✔️ Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers
✔️ Coordinate with technicians to ensure a smooth workflow
✔️ Build and maintain strong customer relationships

✅ Qualifications:
✔️ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔️ Confident, reliable, and professional
✔️ Sales experience is preferred
✔️ Basic knowledge of vehicles is a plus
✔️ Organized and able to multitask
✔️ Willing to learn and grow

🌎 Preferred:
✔️ Bilingual (English and Spanish)

💰 Compensation:
✔️ Base salary: $2,000 per month

Commission Structure (based on monthly closed revenue):
✔️ $0 to $50,000: 1%
✔️ $50,001 to $75,000: 1.5%
✔️ $75,001 to $100,000: 2%
✔️ $100,001 and above: Higher commission potential based on performance

🔥 Top performers can earn $4,000 to $7,000+ per month

🕒 Work Schedule:
✔️ Full-time
✔️ Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
✔️ Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
