Job duties:
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, and report changes to the healthcare team
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Ensure adherence to all patient care standards and protocols
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
<\/div><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>Job requirements:
<\/div> - BLS Certification (Preferred)
<\/div> - Must be a Registered Nurse with valid license
<\/div> - Nursing: 2 years
<\/div> - Experience in ICU, critical care, or related settings preferred
<\/div> - Familiarity with e -Clinical Works or similar electronic medical record systems is a plus
<\/div> - Knowledge of hospice palliative medicine principles is advantageous
<\/div> - Ability to perform iconography procedures is beneficial
<\/div> - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
<\/div> - Comfortable working in an ambulatory surgery center or hospital medicine environment
<\/div><\/span>
