What You'll Do:
  • Provide warm, individualized care that supports residents’ dignity and well-being
  • Partner with families, residents, and team members to ensure seamless, supportive communication
  • Mentor and support care staff to deliver exceptional resident experiences every day
What You'll Need: 
  • Active RN License in Minnesota
  • Passion for serving older adults and being part of a meaningful mission
