We are seeking a recruiter that can balance a heavy administrative workload while simultaneously working to fill our open positions.
You will receive training in:
- Sourcing qualified candidates using online databases, networking and employee referrals
- Cold calling and communicating with possible candidates. You are comfortable with directly approaching candidates that are often not actively looking for a new opportunity
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings in order to assess a candidate's skill sets
- Move qualified candidates through the recruitment pipeline while maintaining constant contact and following all HR protocols
- Maintain an accurate candidate database through thorough candidates notes, codes and contact methods
- Network to recruit active and passive candidates for current positions and build talent pipelines for future career opportunities
- Participate actively in transfer process that will allow company to keep core staff actively working
- Heavy daily phone activity is required for generating and following up on resumes and identifying leads
- Assist with all new start and on-boarding procedures
- Additional projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in a customer-facing position
- Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be friendly, outgoing and personable
- Have the ability to thrive in both team and independent work environments
