🏡 Position: Realtor® (Houston, TX)

We’re seeking a driven, client-oriented Realtor® to join our Houston team. As a key part of our relocation division, you’ll guide both international and local clients through the process of purchasing, selling, and leasing properties — always upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in the industry.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Represent buyers, sellers, and renters in real estate transactions.

Provide expert market insights, accurate property evaluations, and skilled negotiation support.

List properties, coordinate showings, and manage all necessary documentation with precision.

Ensure full compliance with NAR’s Code of Ethics and Texas real estate laws.

Collaborate closely with our legal, immigration, and business consulting teams to deliver a one-stop relocation experience.

Build and nurture long-term client relationships founded on trust, transparency, and outstanding service.

🧩 Requirements

Active Texas Real Estate License (mandatory).

Membership in the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), or willingness to obtain it.

Proven success in real estate sales, leasing, or brokerage.

Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.

Highly motivated, professional, and client-focused individual.
