You will be responsible for identifying motivated sellers, evaluating property potential, and securing contracts that align with our investment criteria. Your efforts will directly support our investor network and help revitalize communities across the city.

  • Experience in residential real estate, wholesaling, fix-and-flip investing, deal structuring, or property management
  • Background in hospitality or customer-facing roles (e.g., bartenders, servers, etc.)
  • Highly driven, coachable, and capable of thinking strategically
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated, organized, and accountable for results
  • Thrives in a performance-based, commission-driven environment
