Property Manager

A well-established commercial real estate firm in Houston is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of office and industrial properties. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in property management who enjoys working closely with tenants, vendors, and ownership to ensure high standards of operations and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned commercial properties

• Maintain strong relationships with tenants and ensure lease compliance

• Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements

• Prepare and manage annual operating budgets and financial reports

• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and service agreements

• Handle tenant move-ins, move-outs, and renewals

• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company and safety standards

• Assist ownership with strategic planning and value enhancement initiatives

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing commercial properties 

• Strong understanding of property operations, budgeting, and financial reporting

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail

• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary of $80K – $105K depending on experience
