Order Fulfillment Associate (Warehouse)

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-focused Order Fulfillment Associate to support our warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for selecting, preparing, and staging materials for shipment while ensuring accuracy and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Select and prepare items for outgoing orders based on pick lists or system instructions 
• Verify product quantities and inspect materials for quality before shipment 
• Package and stage orders for delivery or internal transfer 
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies 
• Utilize warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (as trained) 
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and aligned with safety standards 
• Communicate issues related to damaged materials, shortages, or order concerns 
• Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred 
• Previous warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required 
• Ability to accurately follow instructions and work with attention to detail 
• Comfortable lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs 
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled facility 
• Able to stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift 
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
