Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide strategic leadership to department heads and frontline staff to foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture.
• Manage staffing, training, and employee development to promote professional growth and team stability.
• Develop and monitor budgets, control expenditures, and ensure financial efficiency.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans tailored to residents' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs.
• Coordinate services with clinical leaders, including medication management and memory care programming.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents' families and community partners.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Active Texas Nursing Facility Administrator license (or eligibility for reciprocity).
• Demonstrated success in long-term care facility leadership (preferably with memory care or complex medical services).
• In-depth knowledge of CMS guidelines, survey readiness, and quality measures.
• Proven experience in staff supervision, census development, and financial performance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on transparency, empathy, and accountability.
