NICU Nurse Manager - Level III NICU | Clinical Leadership Opportunity

Join a leading healthcare facility as our next Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurse Manager, where you'll lead a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional care to our most vulnerable patients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend clinical expertise with leadership skills in our state-of-the-art Level III NICU.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of NICU nurses while fostering a culture of clinical excellence
• Collaborate with the Director to implement strategic initiatives aligned with facility goals
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain regulatory compliance
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and resource management
• Provide clinical support and expertise to nursing staff
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care within Women's Services Units
• Implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Current Texas RN license or Multi-State Compact License (must obtain TX license within 60 days)
• Minimum 2 years recent NICU leadership experience as Manager or Charge Nurse
• Current AHA BLS Certification
• Strong clinical background in neonatal intensive care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
