Hunton Distribution is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Rebate Administrator to join our team. This role supports both marketing initiatives and administrative functions, helping to ensure smooth operations across internal campaigns, promotional efforts, and employee engagement programs for Hunton Distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administers rebate and incentive claims for Trane Co-op, local, and national programs.
  • Coordinates and manages the new hire welcome initiatives and tours
  • Maintains and updates customer databases; executes e-blasts and digital communications via platforms such as Constant Contact and Dealer Locators.
  • Facilitate and manage the transition and scheduling of the welcome email initiative
  • Supports social media content planning and scheduling, primarily birthday and anniversary posts.
  • Assists with the creation of blog posts, flyers, and general marketing content as needed.
  • Manages the ordering process for promotional items and business cards for Hunton Distribution.
  • Serve as backup support on the HD Quarterly Newsletter and HD Internal Metrics
  • Supporting the planning and execution of company events and internal functions.
  • Organize, maintain, and update the Hunton Distribution Directory
  • Distributes "You've Been Noticed" employee recognition for Hunton Distribution.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Basic graphic design or content writing skills are a Plus.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and maintain confidentiality when handling employee or customer data.
  • Adaptable team player with a positive, can-do attitude who readily steps in to support colleagues when needed

Preferred Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination or administrative support.
  • Prior experience in HVAC or related industry is a plus but not required.
