We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives from concept through execution. The ideal candidate will coordinate campaigns, manage marketing calendars, assist in branding projects, and ensure all tasks align with client expectations and company standards. Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels

• Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and materials

• Assist in managing project timelines, client deliverables, and budget tracking

• Monitor and report campaign performance using basic analytics tools

• Assist in developing marketing content and collateral (print, email, web, etc.)

• Maintain and update marketing databases and client files

• Help organize marketing events, client meetings, and internal presentations

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative coordination role

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Familiarity with project management tools and basic marketing concepts

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

• Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
