Position Overview: Hays Electrical Services is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of strategic marketing initiatives that elevate our brand presence, engage our workforce, and showcase our projects across the country. This dual-focus role blends content creation, social media coordination, and internal engagement. It plays a direct role in how we communicate our work, recognize our people, and maintain a consistent presence across platforms. As a Marketing Coordinator you’ll work alongside the Marketing & Events Manager to help bring our story to life through impactful visuals, organized content systems, internal campaigns, and day-to-day creative support. From drafting LinkedIn content and managing photo libraries to coordinating appreciation events and developing branded materials, you’ll be part of the rhythm that keeps our messaging strong and aligned. Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain high-quality project photo libraries by sector (e.g., Multifamily, Medical, High-Rise)
Ensure all images are clean, labeled, and ready for use on the company website and in collateral
Coordinate regular portfolio updates with internal stakeholders
Draft and schedule 3–4 LinkedIn posts per week with a strong focus on engagement and visibility
Maintain a content calendar aligned with brand tone and company milestones
Work with field and operations teams to collect real-time project updates and visuals
Create and manage a 12-month calendar of appreciation events, safety recognitions, and internal initiatives
Develop field marketing materials such as QR code stickers, hardhat decals, and thank-you drops
Contribute to the creation of internal magazines, team recognition pieces, and culture-driven messaging
Maintain shared folders for all marketing assets and documentation
Assist in tracking marketing projects and deliverables
Support overall campaign coordination and execution
Assist with the planning, promotion, and recap of internal events and external industry engagements
Help design signage, gather RSVPs, and support onsite branding during events
Research tools, trends, and ideas for marketing visibility, event swag, and field engagement
Offer creative input that supports visibility and boosts morale
Key Deliverables:
Maintain a clean and organized photo asset library, categorized by project sector
Support a consistent social media schedule (think 3–4 LinkedIn posts a week) that tells our story
Contribute to a 12-month internal marketing calendar filled with team appreciation and cultural initiatives
Assist in the creation of branded materials; from hard-hat decals and thank-you drops to office displays
Help shape seasonal internal magazines and team spotlight content that celebrates our people and projects
Keep marketing assets and folders organized so content is always ready when we need it
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or similar tools
Familiar with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and basic analytics tools
Strong written and visual storytelling skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable
Able to visit job sites and interact comfortably with field personnel
Construction or A/E/C industry experience is a plus, but not required
