Main functions:
 

  • The Logistics Administrator is responsible for the cost-effective organization of export-import shipments of raw materials, finished goods or other equipment in cooperation with the Materials/Shipping/Warehouse department and staff
  • The Logistics Administrator is responsible for checking incoming freight invoices, submitting them for payment, and handling invoice complaints
  • The Logistics Administrator is responsible for daily contact with freight forwarders; in order to obtain price quotes and successfully handle freight pickups and deliveries
     

Duties and responsibilities:
 

  • Proper use of the equipment used and ensuring its integrity
  • Ensuring the integrity and completeness of the goods handled
  • Accurate record keeping
  • Compliance with the requirements of related laws, especially transportation, occupational safety, fire protection, and environmental protection
  • The Logistics Administrator is responsible for maintaining statistical data and performance indicators related to transportation

Requirements:

 
  • Degree in field of logistics
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication
  • Knowledge of shipping processes and terms
  • Accurate, precise, demanding work
  • Good organizational skills
  • Analytical, logical thinking
  • Good problem-solving skills
