Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide private duty nursing care to patients in their homes throughout Humble, Sugar Land, and Downtown Houston. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, one-on-one care in a supportive home environment while building meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform routine nursing procedures
• Assist patients with activities of daily living while ensuring comfort and safety
• Observe, assess, and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse or physician
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation of care provided
• Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with patients and their families

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license in good standing
• Previous experience in private duty or home health care preferred
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work assigned shifts in Humble, Sugar Land, or Downtown Houston
• Reliable transportation
