West Janisch Health Care Center, a 5-Star rated skilled nursing facility, is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our care team. As an LVN, you’ll provide hands-on nursing care, support our residents’ health needs, and be an integral part of a team committed to quality care.

• Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of the RN or DON.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team.

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.

• Document care in compliance with facility policies and regulations.

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care every shift.

• Current and valid Texas LVN license in good standing.

• Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care (preferred).

• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a teamwork mindset.

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job.
