We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Administrator (LNFA) to lead our skilled nursing team at West Janisch Healthcare Center. If you’re passionate about senior care and excited by the opportunity to grow a facility’s census while improving quality outcomes, this is the role for you!

As the Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator, you’ll play a key leadership role—ensuring smooth operations, inspiring your team, and maintaining the highest standards of care for our residents.

Your Impact as LNFA

In this role, you will:

✅ Lead Daily Operations – Oversee the overall operation of the facility while ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

✅ Inspire and Develop Staff – Hire, train, and retain a compassionate, high-performing team while building a positive workplace culture.

✅ Drive Census Growth – Develop creative strategies to increase census through marketing, outreach, and community engagement.

✅ Focus on Quality Measures – Monitor and manage key performance metrics to support resident outcomes and facility ratings.

✅ Promote Financial Stability – Manage business functions including budgeting, billing, receivables, and payroll.

✅ Build Community Relationships – Represent the facility in the community, nurture referral partnerships, and enhance our public presence.

• Holds an active Texas LNFA license
• Brings experience in long-term care leadership (preferred)
• Is passionate about census development and quality improvement
• Has strong financial, operational, and regulatory knowledge
