Now Hiring: Lead Preschool & Pre-K Teachers – Kïdo Heights


At Kïdo Heights, we’re excited to be growing our team! We’re looking for passionate Lead Teachers who are ready to inspire young learners and create meaningful classroom experiences. What You’ll Do

  • Design engaging, age-appropriate lessons that spark curiosity and independence
  • Build strong relationships with children and families through clear communication
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued
  • Collaborate with colleagues and continue your own professional development

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma + 1+ year in a licensed early childhood classroom
  • Experience as a lead teacher (preferred: CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education)
  • Fluent in Spanish & English
  • Strong knowledge of child development and best practices in early learning
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
