What You’ll Do
- Design engaging, age-appropriate lessons that spark curiosity and independence
- Build strong relationships with children and families through clear communication
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued
- Collaborate with colleagues and continue your own professional development
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma + 1+ year in a licensed early childhood classroom
- Experience as a lead teacher (preferred: CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education)
- Fluent in Spanish & English
- Strong knowledge of child development and best practices in early learning
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
